Information you give us

When you fill in a contact or enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you choose to provide. This usually includes your name, email address, phone number, business or company name, and the content of your message.

You do not have to give us this information. If you would rather not, you can contact us by phone instead. If you leave out details we need, we may not be able to answer your enquiry properly.

Information collected automatically

Store locator

Our stockist and store locator uses Google Maps to show you nearby stores. When you use it, Google receives technical information including your IP address, and Google may set its own cookies. If you choose to share your device location with the locator, that location is used only to find your nearest stockist and is not stored by us.

Website logs

Our website keeps technical logs of redirects and page errors so we can find and fix broken links. These logs may include your IP address, the page you tried to reach and your browser type. We use them for site maintenance and security only, and we delete them periodically.

We collect and use personal information to respond to your enquiries, to provide quotes, product information and support, to process and manage trade accounts and orders, to connect you with your nearest stockist or distributor, to improve our website and product information, and to meet our legal and record keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure site traffic and usage. Google may also set cookies through the Google Maps service used in our store locator.
