INSTALLING SUPABORD TEMPORARY FLOOR PROTECTION

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Ensure the base floor or surface is clean and dry
  2. Remove recyclable paper sleeve from the SupaBord roll
  3. Roll out SupaBord over the flooring area or surface, logo side facing up
  4. Cut SupaBord to length with a utility knife, ensuring the seams are neat and fit together well
  5. Secure seams together with SupaBord Joint Tape, using a flat-edged tool to firmly secure the tape to the SupaBord
  6. Use SupaBord 150 Day Edge Tape to secure the perimeters to the protected surface

Depending on the project and  the product is in reasonable condition, you can reuse SupaBord again and again.
  • Floors including wood, tile, concrete, stone and linoleum
  • Surfaces including stairs and bench tops.
SupaBord is safe to walk on with work boots even when wet and lays flat reduces tripping hazards.
One layer of SupaBord would be sufficient for most construction projects but if it is a heavy traffic area, we would recommend using two layers.
SupaBord is made from 100% recycled material so it can be placed in the recycling bin together with other paper based products.
